Our Pedal Shop Policies

Our Return/Service Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your pedal please notify us within 3 days of receiving your pedal and we will exchange the pedal for another model or refund the purchase price less shipping (if applicable). You are responsible for paying shipping and insurance to send the pedal back to our store. Exchanging a pedal may require an additional payment if trading up to a more expensive pedal, you will be credited the difference if your new pedal is less expensive. All returned items must include box, documentation and be in like-new condition. All new pedals and accessories carry the full manufactures warranty. We do not service pedals. if you need service please contact the manufacturer.

Damaged and DOA Items:

If you receive a dead or damaged item you need to notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. At our discretion we will either send out spare cosmetic parts, replace the entire pedal or if a replacement pedal is not available provide a refund. Many simple issues such as a dead battery or incorrect settings can make a pedal appear to be damaged or DOA. Please allow us to help you with troubleshooting before we authorize a replacement.

Our Shipping Providers:

Domestic - Our standard shipping in the U.S. is UPS ground. We always insure shipments. International - We generally use USPS for international shipments. We can use UPS for international shipping however there may be an additional charge.

International Sales:

Our product distribution agreements may prevent sales to some countries. We reserve the right to limit sales outside the U.S. International shipping fees include all packing material and handling fees but do not include any import duties or VAT taxes. All VAT and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Payment Methods:

We accept Verified Paypal, Wire Transfer (Swift) and Credit Cards. You can place your order online, call our showroom during working hours or stop by our shop. In any case we are happy to assist you. Our store number is 773-878-8616. Store hours are M-W-F Noon to 6pm CST, Tu-Thurs Noon to 7pm CST and Saturdays Noon to 5pm CST.

Payments By Credit Card: We require credit card ship to and bill to addresses to be the same. Paypal payments should be made from a Verified paypal account.

Our Privacy Policy:

Rock N Roll Pedals is the online pedal shop for Rock N Roll Vintage Inc. We do not sell customer information for any reason. We collect names of customers who have asked to be added to our newsletter and want lists. Customers can opt out of our newsletter by contacting us or by selecting the opt out link on our newsletter. All credit cards are processed by national merchant card services. To protect our customers we do not retain credit card information.
