Frequently Asked Questions 

1) I don't see what I am looking for - While we have loads of pedals we can't stock every model and variety however just ask and we can order any pedal or accessory you want.  There are not any special ordering fees but you will be asked to pay in advance if the item is not somethign we normally stock.

2) How can I pay for my Pedals, Amps, Pickups or Guitars ? - We accept PayPal, Checks and Major Credit Cards. All cashiers checks will be verified with the issuing bank before shipping.

3) How will you ship my Pedals ? - We ship pedals UPS ground.  Overseas orders may use DHL, USPS or UPS.  Please contact us for a shipping quote for international orders.  International customers are responsible for valued added taxes and other import fees.

4) I need a particular pedal but your website does not have a "Buy" button on the item, why?  If the Buy button does not appear it may mean we are out of stock.  We have deliveries arriving weekly and chances are the product will arrive shortly.   The best thing to do is to give us a call or drop us an email and check to see if we have the item or when we expect delivery of new inventory.

6) Do I have to pay sales tax ? - If you are an Illinois resident or you purchase a product in our store we will charge sales tax.

7) Import Duties VAT and other destination specific taxes - For destinations outside the U.S. your country may have import duties, VAT taxes or other country specific taxes. We do not include these taxes in our prices. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these taxes.

8) I want to sell my vintage effect pedal, are you interested ? - Yes, give us a calll or send us an email so we can discuss your pedal. We might also consider a trade if you have a rare pedal.  Our parent company, Rock N Rolll Vintage also buys vintage guitars, click here to visit their website.  We will offer you a fair price and a smooth transaction if it's a piece we're interested in. Please keep in mind we want clean original guitars and amps and we need to be able to sell the guitar to another customer. In most cases we will beat the local guitar chain store or pawn shop.

9) What are your store hours ? We are open Weekdays from 12 noon to 6 P.M. Central Standard time. We are open from noon to 5 P.M. Central Standard Time on Saturdays.  - click here for a map to our store -
